We are looking for Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service working remotely (strong preference for those living in the Manila metro area) with the following qualifications:
- MUST be computer savvy and have strong experience working with PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong Customer Service background and Know how to deal with dissatisfied customers.
- Able to handle pressure has patience and know-how to deal with difficult customers Multi-tasking skills under time constraints.
This is a fast-paced environment, so the candidate needs to be able to exercise patience, composure, and discipline.
Your performance will be evaluated after 3 months and pay will be adjusted if your performance meets expectation. After probation, evaluation will be quarterly.
