Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations daily.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Implement and refine efficient office systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff, allocating responsibilities to ensure maximum performance.
  • Organize team events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Manage both external and internal communication and correspondence.
  • Oversee office budgets and expenses, ensuring all costs remain within set limits.
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide management reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure effective onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial or related role.
  • Skills: Computer Literate, exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Office Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
