Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operations daily.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Implement and refine efficient office systems.
- Supervise administrative staff, allocating responsibilities to ensure maximum performance.
- Organize team events, meetings, and appointments.
- Manage both external and internal communication and correspondence.
- Oversee office budgets and expenses, ensuring all costs remain within set limits.
- Attend regular team meetings and provide management reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a managerial or related role.
- Skills: Computer Literate, exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Office Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
